Free Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your buggy booking at no charge up to 24 hours before your session start time. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the cancellation immediately.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover the costs of buggy preparation, guide allocation and transport already committed.
Weather Cancellations
If Red Desert Buggies must cancel your session due to extreme weather, sandstorms or safety conditions, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. We monitor weather 24 hours in advance.
